Concept
Patricia Varea Milan is inspired by the "Godaeaejan" technique used by her Korean teacher Kim Daewoong, and by observing archaeological seeds. This collection of contemporary ceramics pays homage to the plant world, celebrating the life cycle from seed to flower and flower to seed. Each piece is a time capsule that connects past and present, fusing the delicate essence and resilience of nature with a contemporary aesthetic and technical complexity that evoke the beauty, movement and protection inherent in plant growth.
