The delivery delay is specified on the product page, and when the customer adds a product to their basket and validates their order, and starts as soon as the payment is validated. An email confirming shipping is sent to the customer for each of their orders.
Home Standard home delivery:
We commit to delivering your order in 14 working days in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden. This is mainly because we have almost all articles in stock or in continuous manufacturing.
Of course, the delivery delay of each product may depend on several factors, but at Kavehome we give you a close estimation of the delivery delay for each article. Also, once you have made your purchase, we keep you informed throught the delivery process of your purchased article.
Home delivery of products is carried out via transporters. Orders are shipped correctly packaged, depending on each product's requirements, to the address you have provided. We therefore ask you to check your address properly. In the same way, when the delivery cannot be carried out in the event of the recipient's absence, we try to contact you again to deliver.
You are obliged to verify the conformity of the merchandise upon delivery. Any anomaly relating to the product (damage, product missing from the order form, damaged, broken, defectuous package...) must imperatively be indicated as soon as it is delivered and notified within 3 days to our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org or through our online chat). In this case, the return postage fees will be reimbursed to the Customer.
No claim may be made to the logistic partner regarding parcels delivered more than 2 months earlier.
Where do we deliver ?
Orders are delivered to the address indicated on the order form, in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden (prices are automatically calculated during the purchasing process). Currently, orders are not delivered to UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Germany, Andorra or Switzerland.
If you wish to have your order delivered to a different country to those mentioned, contact our customer service (email@example.com or through our online chat). An extra cost may be charged for delivery to islands without a road link to the continent.
All orders are delivered at the building entrance or the house door of the customer.
