If you’re talking about spring, you need to talk about colour. And it seems that Pantone has read our minds this year. The tones they propose for 2019 are setting the trend at Kave Home. We’ve already spoken about Living Coral and Dazzling Blue, for example. Today we’re topping off the palette with ones that will definitely be the top tones for the most colourful season of the year.

Mango Mojito. Influencer mustard

We’re seeing it everywhere. Mustard is making leaps and bounds in interior design, fashion trends and foodie movements. This is a colour that can take centre stage and, at the same time, combine perfectly with other colours like green. So, if you want your home to be as eco-friendly as you, go in for this colour and combine it with natural fibre carpets and a green space.

Dazzling Blue. The blue that saves Mondays

In our post, ‘Blue saves Monday’, we said that this blue can uplift any day of the week. It’s the ideal colour for welcoming you home. Blue on sofas and armchairs upholstered in velvet bring a feeling of calm that you need when step through the doorway. What’s more, it’s the perfect tone to match with gold, silver or copper metals. Keep calm, keep blue.

Turmeric, exotic orange

The authenticity of this orange tone is obvious. Its colour is true to its name. It is a colour that carries us off to the range of colours of India, intense tones like turmeric. To continue on this voyage, we recommend enjoying this colour outdoors, combining it with pieces made of cord and terrariums with exotic plants. Turn your outdoor spaces into a place to get lost.

Neither orange nor pink, it’s Living Coral

When Pantone announced the colour of the year for 2019, we shouted it from the rooftops in the post, ‘Why coral for 2019?’ And we were spot on. Living Coral has arrived at just the right moment, when indoor and outdoor spaces are becoming more united, thanks to a design that brings both of them together. Now the top pieces in interior design also have a colour that’s up to scratch and it just had to be the colour of the year.

Spring changes everything except for the desires to renew. So, we recommend drawing on your strength because this spring is going to be full of design and trends. Follow along these lines.
