Satisfaction générale sur le produit. Notice de montage pas toujours explicite car faite de photos très ciblées et précises. Manque de texte ou de croquis d'ensemble pour comprendre la méthodologie du montage. Demande un peu d'expérience en "bricolage" ou montage de meuble. Débutant, demandez de l'aide à plus expérimenter. Problème avec les 2 vérins. Bloqués, grippés, inutilisables, .... obligé de contacter le SAV pour échange ou livraison de 2 nouveaux vérins. Réponse immédiate du SAV et résolution du problème dans la foulée avec une réexpédition de 2 nouveaux vérins.

Diseño muy bonito pero instrucciones de montaje algo escasos, casi lo tenía montado del todo cuando me di cuenta que la parte de la cabeza la había puesto en los pies y viceversa, en ningún sitio indicaba cual iba donde así que me tocó desmontarlo entero y montarlo de nuevo. Por otro lado si no le doy 5 estrellas es también porque al meter la junta de plástico que une la base del suelo del canapé estaba tan duro q se partió y me dio en la cara, montarlo con cuidado. Lo demás me parece un buen producto y lo compraría de nuevo también he de decir que en las instalaciones pone q se monte entre 2 y yo lo hice sola y el canapé es de 180*200 así que muy bien!
