Choosing one of our sofas is a winner every time. And that’s not just because of the style it brings to your living room, but also because of the added value you get with every one. We’d like to tell you all about it. Ready?
Much more than a sofa
We oversee every last detail in the process of creating our sofas. From the first sketches to the prototype, choice of materials, production, quality tests and the final product, all the way to your home.
The majority of our sofas are designed in Sils, Girona and produced in Yecla, Murcia, an area with a long tradition of furniture production and home to the best craftspeople in the world, who make each of our sofas by hand. Keeping production local allows for more exacting quality control of the final product, as well as better working conditions, faster delivery, and lower CO2 emissions for a smaller impact on the environment.
Our designers work hand in hand with our craftspeople, such as cabinetmakers, blacksmiths and upholsterers, to perfect each part of the sofa: frame, padding, fabrics, materials...
A solid, durable structure
We want you to enjoy our sofas for a looong time. So, all our structures are made from European pine and with low formaldehyde emission boards (E05). This means that they come from sustainable forests with responsible felling, as well as complying with all European regulations, meaning that they emit less harmful substances.
It’s what’s on the inside that counts
We fill our sofas with the best materials to make them look so appealing. The filling is made up of foam to provide firmness, acrylic fibres or wadding which goes between the foam and the fabric of the sofa and helps give that nice rounded shape, and we sometimes use PET fibres, made from recycled bottles recovered from the ocean.
We choose our fabrics carefully to give our sofas that unique and exclusive design. The most frequently-used material is polyester, which makes for a durable fabric with long-lasting colour, as it won’t fade over time. We also use cotton, acrylic, nylon and PVC.
