Concept
This collection explores the beauty in the transformation through the interaction of different materials that intertwine. The pieces capture the tension between the structure and collapse, showing shapes that seem to waiver on the edge of disintegration. Malou's work seeks to reflect the interest in how disimilar objects can coexist and nourish each other to create new shapes, finding a delicate balance between decadence and creation, and always seeking that moment in which the material seems to have stopped in the midst of its transformation.
