Concept
"L'Étude de la Jarre" is a series of 6 paintings on paper created during Elvira Voynarovska’s first artistic residency in Cadaqués. These 6 works explore local pottery from a new perspective, analysing aspects such as the materials, weight, overlapping and interweaving of forms, while drawing inspiration from the surreal landscapes of the environment. Voluptuous forms fill the canvas, with the presence of openings that evoke the idea of caves, an allegory of emptiness.
Be careful opening with a knife. Please keep the assembly instructions for future consultation. In case of return, the product must be disassembled and in its original packaging.

Artistic technique
Oil pastel sticks on 120 gram paper. The drawings are delicate and may have oil residues on the back of the artwork, they should be protected from light, heat, and humidity, framed professionally, and not touched to maintain their texture and appearance.
