Accessibility Statement
At Kave Home, we believe that accessibility is a fundamental pillar of sustainability and our corporate values. That is why we work to ensure that all people, regardless of their abilities, can fully access and enjoy our digital products and services.
We are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our digital platforms, with the aim of removing barriers and facilitating digital inclusion. Our goal is to ensure that all users have an equitable, safe and satisfactory experience.
Regulatory compliance
We are working to adapt our platform to European accessibility regulations, which are obligatory from June 2025.
Specifically, we comply with the obligations derived from Directive (EU) 2019/882, known as the European Accessibility Act, and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 11/2023 of 8 May, on the transposition of European Union Directives on the accessibility of certain products and services.
This regulatory framework requires digital products, services and content, including websites and mobile applications open to the public, to be accessible in accordance with the harmonised standard defined by the UNE-EN301549 standard, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard.
Our approach is to maintain constant evolution in order to guarantee a level of accessibility in accordance with current regulations.
Current status of compliance
As of today, our e-commerce business has already implemented accessibility measures in accordance with the basic requirements established by the current European regulations.
We continue to work on the evaluation and optimisation of certain functionalities with the aim of achieving an even higher level of compliance. This statement will be periodically reviewed and updated as we progress towards full compliance with applicable accessibility standards.
Roadmap
Broadly speaking, our action plan includes:
2025 - Initial diagnosis: conducting an internal accessibility audit of our e-commerce.
2025 - Training: training of the team on digital accessibility good practice.
2025–2026 - Implementation: progressive application of improvements and adaptations in content, design and functionalities.
2026 - Review and monitoring: continuous assessment of compliance and updating of this statement.
2026 - External audit: carrying out an external accessibility audit in order to obtain certification.
This plan is reviewed periodically to incorporate new needs and learning that will allow us to move towards real and effective accessibility.
