Tzatziki sauce
2-3 portions
Ingredients:
1 cup of Greek yoghurt
½ a grated cucumber
1 clove garlic
Juice of ½ a lemon
1-2 teaspoons fresh dill and/or mint
1 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Steps to follow and plating:
Start by juicing the lemon and grating the cucumber. In the Odalin bowl, add the yoghurt and mix all the ingredients until you get a consistent texture that isn’t too runny.
Finally, add the salt and pepper and voila! It’s ready to serve.
To get a photo that’s really worth posting, add some sprigs of mint or dill to give it some decorative spark, or even a thin slice of cucumber. And you’re ready!
