Lung Tall
Szymon Keller
Concept
The Sunburst collection is an intimate project born from the meeting of memory and the present, a bridge between the landscapes of childhood in Pomerania and the Mediterranean Sea. The collection recovers the symbolism of amber, which is very present in the Baltic region, as an emblem of protection and a link with nature, and reinterprets it through the warmth, light and rhythms of the sea that are part of the artist's life today. Inspired by ephemeral moments such as a glimmer of sunshine or a summer memory, the work aims to make the intangible tangible, letting materials and nature intervene in the creative process. Lung 1.0 Tall is another iconic piece: a Martini table that embodies the contradiction between fragility and strength. Its organic shape conveys lightness, while its resin construction ensures durability and portability. When sunlight shines on it, it reflects sparkles that evoke a natural, dreamlike atmosphere, as if the piece itself breathed life into the space. This taller edition offers more comfort in environments where the table’s presence and function take centre stage.

Szymon is a designer born in Pomerania, Poland, whose work is built on memory, migration and dialogue between cultures. Trained in Fine Arts and with a career that connects interior design with collectible design, his practice is nourished by his observation of the environment and a deep connection with nature. The light of the Mediterranean, the landscapes of his native land and the architecture of Barcelona coexist in his studio, where he creates pieces that capture ephemeral moments. He mainly works with resin, allowing factors such as light, temperature and humidity to leave their mark on each object, making it a material testament to the time and place.
