KAVE HOME FSC® POLICY
KAVE HOME, S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as KAVE HOME), as a company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, and distribution of furniture and decor, has decided to implement and maintain a Chain of Custody management system based on the requirements and standards established in the Forest Stewardship Council -FSC-STD-40-004 in its current version. Kave Home's license number is FSC-C161507.
KAVE HOME is committed to the values promoted by the FSC® policy, declaring that it is not directly or indirectly involved in any of the following activities:
- Illegal logging or trade in illegal wood or forest products;
- Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations;
- Destruction of high conservation value areas in forestry operations; Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest uses;
- Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations;
- Regarding FSC's fundamental labor requirements, we comply with the following points:
o The organization does not use child labor;
o The organization eliminates all forms of forced or compulsory labor;
o The organization ensures no discrimination in employment and occupation;
o The organization respects freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining;
We also ensure the implementation, review, and maintenance of an occupational health and safety system.
This commitment is communicated to all KAVE HOME employees, suppliers, and customers, and will be made available to any other interested party upon request.
