A design-centric office
BED'R Apartments is a Dutch agency, based in Groningen (the Netherlands), that furnishes and decorates apartments and studios. They offer short and long term rentals. Their apartments stand out for their luminosity and they are completely renovated and decorated with the most fashionable materials. Will you join us to discover all the details of their apartments?
One of their apartments stands out for its combination of velvet and warm colours. These will transport you to a relaxed environment, ideal for unwinding during your holidays or days off. The star of the lounge is the Debra sofa in light brown combined with green and light cushions. It features elegant and modern lines, but with touches of colour and vivid patterns, such as the Jeanie green leaf pattern. The dining room features the Alaia table, made of solid acacia wood and with a metallic structure. Combined with Ivonne velvet chairs it creates an open and continuous space between rooms, where you’ll want to spend all afternoon.
In one of other apartments there is large space divided into two levels that connects the living room with the dining room. For the living room, they have chosen the Tanya sofa, upholstered with cowboy fabric combined with the Galedie floor lamp and the Fly black and white armchair. They have managed to create a very modern and unique decor. In the dining room they have gone for a very original design thanks to the green Witney chairs, with their characteristic curves. The details are very important to make you feel at home! Share your projects with us and send your photos to kavepro@kavehome.com
When you purchase a new furniture item, mattress, kitchen, rug or curtain, you pay an eco-participation, which is used to fund the recycling of your old items.
What is eco-participation?
Eco-participation is an additional fee added to the price of new bedding and furniture, paid by the consumer and transferred to Ecomaison.
Why?
It is used to fund the sorting, recycling, and repurposing of old mattresses and furniture.
How does it work?
Ecomaison implements collection and recycling solutions in partnership with local authorities, social economy organizations (such as the Network of Recycling Centers and Emmaus), and furniture professionals.
Since 2013, through this initiative, Ecomaison has already handled over 10 million tons of used furniture and bedding, preventing the landfill of waste equivalent to 1,000 Eiffel Towers. Previously, 55% of discarded furniture ended up in landfills. Ten years later, it's less than 3%. With 800,000 tons per year, Ecomaison is now the leading supplier of recycled wood in France.
Who is Ecomaison?
Ecomaison is a state-approved eco-organization that manages the sorting, collection, reuse, and recycling of household items and materials, from the foundations to the finishing touches. Its mission is to collect and repurpose household items and materials, giving them a second life by donating, repairing, recycling, or using them as an energy source.
